Student achievement is the focus of the media center program at Hand Middle School.  Toward that goal, our mission is to support the entire school community by providing access to current and appropriate information sources, and to ensure that all students, teachers, and staff are effective users of ideas and information. We envision the media center as an active and essential center of life-long learning which provides a variety of resources to meet the informational, personal growth, recreational reading and cultural needs of the school community.
