Hello Parents, we are approaching the 'Returning Student Yearly Registration for 2025-2026'

In order to complete the Yearly Registration you must use the snap code assigned to your student. The snap code consists of 15 random letters and numbers. Each year Richland One sends your student's snap code out via email. The email should be sent around the middle of May. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the email in your inbox.

Also please be advised! If you have changed your email address without our knowledge, most likely you will not receive snap code. If this is the case, please contact our Database Specialist Mr. Justin Workman at justin.workman@richlandone.org.

Once you have received your student's snap code, please go online to complete the "Returning Student Yearly Registration 25-26". You will have the option of uploading your two proofs of residency. Should you need assistance, please contact Sharron Beckwith at registrationhms@richlandone.org. If you are unable to upload your two proofs of residency, please email those documents directly to my email. When you are sending a copy of your lease, please remember to include all pages.
